Join us for our spring musical production of Encanto Jr!  During rehearsals, performers will be exposed to many aspects of musical theatre in an immersive and hands on environment, such as directing, design, singing, dancing, and acting.
Performers will audition for a role which will be cast for them in the production of Encanto. After which, they will go through the full process of putting on a show, from table read, to dress rehearsals, to performance for friends and family.

Encanto is a 2021 American animated musical fantasy film produced by Walt Disney Animation Studios and released by Walt Disney Pictures. It was directed by Jared Bush and Byron Howard, co-directed by Charise Castro Smith, and produced by Yvett Merino and Clark Spencer, with original songs written by Lin-Manuel Miranda and an original musical orchestral score composed by Germaine Franco.

Encanto follows a multigenerational Colombian family, the Madrigals, led by a matriarch whose children and grandchildren—except for Mirabel Madrigal—receive magical gifts from a miracle, which they use to help the people in their rural community, called the Encanto. When Mirabel learns that the family is losing their magic, she sets out to find out why and save the family and house.
