Recital - June 1st, 2019
JUNE 1st SCHEDULE
11:50am – Arrive for dress rehearsal at Hinsdale South. Wear first costume and sit with that class which will be labeled in the auditorium. Have hair and makeup done before you arrive. 12:00pm to 3:00pm – Dress rehearsal. You may leave after your last performance. 5:00pm – Performers arrive back to Hinsdale South. Bring all costumes and go directly to dressing rooms. 5:45pm – Auditorium doors open 6:00pm – Showtime! |

When you arrive for the show at 5:00, a parent will check their performer in at the dressing room. From that point on, the backstage volunteers will assist the children. After the show, please designate one parent to pick up your child from the dressing room. For security reasons, no one will not be allowed in the dressing rooms after drop off. Only volunteers with badges are allowed backstage. If you will feel the need to go backstage to help your child, please volunteer, as you will not be allowed to go into the dressing room during the show! This is for the safety of our students! |
VOLUNTEERS
One of the reasons for our successful show is the wonderful volunteers! If you are interested in helping, please sign up at the front desk. Backstage Volunteers We are looking for about 10 to 15 females to stay backstage in the girl’s dressing room. Our volunteers help children change, organize bathroom breaks, etc. Volunteers are asked to arrive at 4:45pm and must commit to staying until the end of the show. Volunteers will be able to enter the auditorium to see their child dance. Ushers/Security Volunteers We will need 3 volunteers to take tickets, handout programs, and stand by a door during the show. |

Program Shout Out’s - Due May 11th
Send a ‘Shout Out’ to your performer or your friends to be printed in the program! This can be a fun message to your performer or even from one performer to another! |

Picture Week - Due on day of pictures
Pictures will be taken the week of May 13th during your normal class time. Please wear your costume(s) to all your classes that week. Every student will be in a class picture and will have the option to take individual pictures as well. Hair, tights, shoes & make up are in the file below. ![]()

Show Tickets - Tickets on sale May 19th
Tickets are ASSIGNED SEATING and will be available at the front desk starting Sunday, May 19th from 4:00pm-6:00pm and anytime during studio hours thereafter. Please have your ticket request form filled out before picking out your seats. |

DVDs - Due May 25th
DVDs of our show will be available for purchase. Pictures and videos may be taken during dress rehearsal. Please refrain from taking pictures and videos during the performance. |
