PoliciesRegistration FeeThere is an annual registration fee of $35 per student applied during fall enrollment. Any additional family registrations will be discounted $10.
Make-up ClassesOne make-up class is permitted for each class missed. Make-up classes must be taken during the current session and will not be carried over. Make-up classes must be of the same level or lower. Make-ups may not be applied to tuition for a pro-rate.
Photo/Video ReleaseBeyond the Stars will take photos and video footage of classes, camps, and special events. Beyond the Stars reserves the right to use these photos and video footage in brochures, advertisements, website, and on other social media.
Studio ClosuresIf the public school system cancels or dismisses classes early due to weather or health related conditions, classes will be cancelled for that day. Please check website and studio voicemail for updates on studio closings.
RefundsAll fees paid are nonrefundable and nontransferable. No refunds or pro-rates are given for classes missed due to illness, termination of enrollment, vacation, or scheduling conflicts.
WithdrawsIf a student withdraws from a class, Beyond the Stars must be notified 10 days prior to the next payment due date. Failure to notify, will result in the next payment being processed.
Class SizeClasses with enrollment less than 5 students may be combined or cancelled.
Payments & Late FeesA form of payment must be on file at all times. The account holder is responsible for notifying Beyond the Stars of any change to the credit card or checking account on file. The returned check/declined card fee is $35.
There will be a late fee of $15 applied to your account for all payments not collected by the 5th of each month. If your account has an outstanding balance greater than 30 days, students will not be admitted to class until the balance has been paid in full. |
